Rates and Office Locations

Full day mediations are available from 9:30am-5:00 pm at a rate of $1,500.00 per party for a two party case.  If there are more than two parties, the rate is $1,200 per party. (Lunch Provided)

Half day mediations are available from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm at a rate of $700.00 per party for a two party case.   If there are more than two parties, the rate is $550.00 per party.

While most cases require at least a half day to have a good chance of resolution, two hour mediations may be available on a limited basis for simple cases.  Contact us to determine if you wish to explore this.   The rate would be $450 per party.

Custom Mediations for large commercial or constructions matters with more than five parties may be subject to special reduced per-party rates.
